Our policies are designed to give you the best service we can provide and we pride ourselves on our quality of service.  Please contact us if you feel that anything is not up to the quality you would expect from us.

How It Works

All our items are returnable within 14 days of receipt, with a full refund made by Bassett Bears.
Postage payable by the adopting person.
Although we like to know why a bear is returning to us, it is your decision to return or not.

What You Need to Know

Every care is taken to ensure that your purchase reaches you safely so we use Royal Mail, MyHermes and a trusted Courier.

We offer Free Delivery.

Purchasers from outside of the UK please contact us for delivery costs.

About Our Policy

Your Personal Information
When a visitor sends an email to Bassett Bears, the IP address of the sender is sent along with the email. This can aid us in identifying any suspicious activity.

Your email address will never be sold or given to anyone else. Your email address is never made publically available.  Bassett Bears will never send you unsolicited email even if we think you would find it useful.

Credit Card/Bank Details
Bassett Bears does not have access to your credit card or bank details. All such information is dealt with securely by Paypal and the banking system.
